Electron-builder 打包报错
Get "https://github.com/electron/electron/releases/download/v22.3.6/electron-v22.3.6-win32-x64.zip": dial tcp 20.205.243.166:443: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
这是因为无法下载github上的Electron运行包，可以通过给Electron设置淘宝镜像来解决。
解决方案：在用户文件夹下的 .npmrc 配置文件中添加/修改下载源
